Without the care and tools they need, numerous children are unable to leave their homes, navigate their communities or access their schools and healthcare facilities. Tragically, many are even neglected, abandoned, subjected to violence or even killed because of their differing abilities. No child should ever be denied their right to life, healthcare, education or dignity.

When children receive the care and devices they need, they can often become independently mobile, which supports their development into well-educated, contributing members of their family units and communities.
